Remember you are not committing to anything, you simply adding your interest in a type of property to our database, then we can check our database of matched houses / sellers and provide you status of availability. You can do nothing, or you can start planning your move. If you decide to buy then you are in control and allow the system to inform a seller. The majority of the properties on our system have never seen RightMove or Zoopla and the seller wants a discrete sale.

AskTheMarket has been developed to aid your house buying journey. Our service will allow you to connect with sellers / vendors to purchase the exact house you want as your dream family home.

Step 1. Account Creation - FREE of charge

Creating an account is simple and bets of all its FREE. We do not share any data with any thrid party, so you can be sure everything is safe and secure. Being discrete is a primary focus of what we do and an important part of our process.

Step 2. Add your desired property roads (10 max)

Unlike other house advertising platforms, our focus is on providing you only the houses that match the exact location you want to live in. Postcodes can be large and we understand how important it is to know exactly when a house in a specific road is going to be coming on the market. You no longer need to call 10 estate agents and leave your details with them expressing your interest in properties in a specific road, we all know that esate agents most likely will have forgotten 6 months later and you may miss an opportunity or the property may sell off the market without you even being given a chance to offer. AskTheMarket resovles this issues for you.

Step 3. Add Your Requirements To Our Bespoke Property Filter

We understand that every family / person has a different requirement and need when it comes to buying a house.

It might be a trebble car garage to boat mooring or a house with equestrian facilities. Whatever it is you need, our bespoke filter system works to help you buy your next home. Our bespoke AskTheMarket algorithm will do all the hard work which means you are not spending hours and hours on property sites looking at 90% of houses that simply do not fit your needs.

Step 4. AskTheMarket Magic

Once the AskTheMarkey system has your requirements then you we do the hardwork now.

Our system identifies to sellers / vendors who have added their houses into our Selling portal and if there is a match will link you together to arrange a viewing using the Estate Agent of your choice in our system.

Step 5. The Estate Agent

From the Estate Agent options given to you, you will select the agent of your choice and then the seller / vendor will details and your details will be passed to the agent.

Step 6. Your New Home

Congratulations, you will hopefully be able on the way to living in your New Dream Home knowing this house ticks all the boxes and in the road you want to live in...

For our system to work as well as it does, we rely on the Estate Agents working hard to ensure the viewings, offer and completion is succesful and for this we need your help to provide us feedback.

An under performing Estate Agent will be removed from our platform ensuring only the best agents work with our customers.
